Question 1

Do I need a technical specification before we talk?

Accepted Answer

No. Tell us what you want to improve in your own words — a frustrating process, a spreadsheet that’s outgrown itself, a website that needs a fresh start. We’ll work through the details together.

Question 2

How much will my project cost?

Accepted Answer

Every business is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. Once we understand your goals, we agree the scope and priorities together and give you a clear quote before any development begins.

Question 3

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the job. Many projects start with a focused first version that tackles your top priority, then grow from there. We’ll agree a realistic plan with you during the planning stage.

Question 4

Can you work with my existing Excel or Access data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your existing spreadsheets and databases hold valuable knowledge. We review how they’re used today and plan how your data and business rules move into the new system.

Question 5

Will we still be able to export to Excel?

Accepted Answer

If exports are important to your team, we can plan for them. The aim is to remove the pain of running the business on spreadsheets, not to take away tools people find useful.

Question 6

How do you keep our data safe?

Accepted Answer

Security is planned in from the start. That includes access suited to each role, sensible permissions and a plan for backups and ongoing maintenance as part of your solution.

Question 7

Can you improve my current website rather than start again?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Sometimes a refresh — clearer messaging, better structure, faster pages, a simpler enquiry form — makes the biggest difference. We’ll recommend what makes sense for you.

Question 8

Do you offer support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer guidance when your new tools go live and ongoing support options, including software maintenance and practical IT help, as your business grows.

Question 9

Do you work with small and independent businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we’re built for independent businesses. Whether you’re finding your feet or a larger team ready to improve a process, we start with what you need.
